“Let Freedom Ring” to debut on Uncle Ralph McDaniels’ Video Music Box video show in NYC next week.

For those that don’t know, Video Music Box has held a prominent place in Hip Hop’s culture over the past 25 years and continues to represent Hip Hop to the fullest. Uncle Ralph and Video Music Box was the video show before all Hip Hop Video shows and has introduced the world to many of Hip Hop’s Legends. Video Music Box was also notably voted as the Top 10 Greatest Hip Hop TV Moments by VH1. By 2005, over 192,000 households per week were regularly viewing VMB.

“Dreams Come True” on DJ’s Latinos top 100

The DJ’s Latinos record pool and entertainment group have released their singles charts for the month of August, and “Dreams Come True” made #36 on the Top 100 in the Reggaeton/Hip Hop & R&B/Dance category.  The Fam beat out artists such as N.E.R.D., Keri Hilson, Tego Calderon, 50 Cent, Don Omar, Nelly Furtado, and more.  Once again, the lead single from the upcoming Family Business album demonstrates the group’s ability to appeal to a wide range of listeners.

“Dreams Come True” featured on France’s top Hip Hop blog

France’s most popular Hip Hop blog, www.RapCypher.com, has featured “Dreams Come True” on the 14th installment of its Underground Noize series.  Also appearing in the series are Ill Bill, DJ Babu & MOP, Royce Da 5?9, and more.  The Fam’s single has been commonly included on mainstream playlists, so its placement here is a welcome change of pace and further testament to the widespread appeal of the record.
